Robin and her team are wonderful!!!! Very quick to respond and very knowledgeable about the area. I have decided to wait a while before buying but when I am ready Robin and team will be who I work with!

I went by the EXP Realty office in the early afternoon to tell them I was ready to sell the house. Robin came over later that afternoon to take photos and get information, and the the house was listed by that evening. Now that's service! Robin was with us every step of the way, though negotiations and contract changes, keeping us informed and on time. She is so easy to work with. Highly recommended. Like all of the other reviews, 5 stars.

Robin worked hard from listing to sale of our home. A couple of times I thought our contract might fall through, but Robin worked her magic and and everything turned out alright. I was impressed with her willingness to help us go by the house and take care of things we couldn't since we had already moved out of town. She saved us multiple trips. Robin is a master negotiator saving us thousands along the way. Robin will sell your house!

Robin is extremely knowledgeable, professional and super easy to work with. I purchased from her when first looking for a property in Dolores County and 10 years later, reached out to her to sell the same property. During that time, being new to the area, I contacted her on many occasions for advice and references from people to hire for work I needed done on my property to where to have lunch in Cortez. She has never steered me wrong. She's an enjoyable, savvy business woman while possessing a warm and sincere demeanor. Your relationship with Robin doesn't end when the papers are signed. She is a good person to know and have in your corner and I recommend her highly.
