I was very fortunate to work with Ron Benning when I was looking for an agent to sell my investment property. Ron went above and beyond an agent's normal responsibility and duty. He was a "step ahead" all the way through the process. I truly felt Ron had my best interest in mind and he was very trustworthy even though I had never physically met him. Ron was always knowledgeable, responsive, and patient. He worked not only hard but also smartly, and he got me an offer higher than I expected. Even though I decided not to go through with the transaction, it was a true pleasure to work with Ron. I appreciate his honesty, integrity, guidance, and kindness a lot. Ron made the best real estate experience I have ever had. He is a true gem in his profession. If there is one agent I want to work with, it’s Ron. I look forward to working with him again in the future.

Ron is very knowledge about the Sacramento real estate climate. He will give you an immediate opinion on what a property will sell for based on duration. For example, if you sell it for $XXX,XXX, it will probably take X months to sell; if you sell it for $YYY,YYY, it will probably take Y months to sell.

Ron was the listing agent for my home in Folsom. My experience with Ron has to be the best I have ever had with a realtor and I have bought and sold several properties over the years. Ron is extremely knowledgeable, hard working, professional, great negotiator and most of all honest! He was always there whenever I had questions and took care of any and all concerns that I had. He always remains calm and in control which is really appreciated during a stressful time. He is never pushy and listens to what you have to say. He handled the scheduling of all inspections, work that needed to be done and helped with all paperwork and most of it was done online which really saves time! He also remains available to help with issues after the sale, what more could you ask for! I cannot recommend him enough and this is coming from a very picky type A personality. If you are buying or selling property - call Ron, you won't be sorry!

To show my appreciation for all that Ron has done for me, I would like to write his 'Thank You' note here to share with everyone!<br/><br/>Thank you for all the conscientious work that you have done for me! What really amazed me was all the work you did even after close of escrow for my investment property; making sure my tenants knew exactly who to pay rent to for the upcoming month. You went out of your way to make sure things were on place and ran smoothly from the beginning and beyond closing the deal. You were always kind, polite, professional, easy to talk to, had great patience, and detailed oriented. You are by far hands down the BEST REALTOR, and I couldn't ask for more! I will definitely refer friends and family to you in the future!

I highly recommend Ron Benning as a Realtor. Ron truly deserves infinite stars, but since there are only 5 star options, I will give him a 5+ rating. <br/><br/>As a first time investor in Sacramento rental properties, I had no idea of what I was doing. Luckily, I met Ron through one of his property listings, and right away we took off in the right start. Ron knew exactly what questions to ask and how to ask them in order to figure out what I was shopping for. He was real open, friendly, non opinionated, down to earth, and gave good advice. Within a 5 month period, I was able to purchase 2 awesome investment properties, bringing in good solid cash flow and now both properties have appreciated. Though this sounds easy, but much of it were Ron's good work. We drafted multiple offers on properties I was interested in, and he would get in contact with the selling agent to get information on the properties efficiently. Ron always gave honest advice whether a property was not a good buy or if I was bidding too high. This is why he is great! Realtors make money off commission, but as for Ron, it's not all about money, it's looking out for his clients!<br/><br/>Trust me, if you are interested in Real Estate regardless if you are looking to buy or sell, Ron is your man.
