Ronda did an amazing job helping us sell our home for above asking price! We received military orders overseas and selling our home was one of our biggest concerns. She guaranteed us she would get it sold and we were under contract before we even left the state! She helped walk us through the entire process and answered all the questions we had. The aspects of selling our home we did not understand she explained it to us in great detail. When there were things we needed to get done, sign papers or make some fixes to the property, she promptly notified us and walked us through what we needed to do. If we come back to North Carolina, Ronda will be the realtor we contact!

10/10 recommend Mrs.Ronda. She will assist with all your needs and always looking out for your best interest. She will mentor and guide you through purchasing or selling your property. If your first time buyer she will make sure that you’re not alone in the process and if you’ve owned prior she will make sure that you’re taken care of. Mrs. Ronda helped me purchase a home and answered all my questions. She’s the one you want for an agent.

I cannot express to you in words how highly I recommend Ronda Scott. If I could convey my feelings, you would feel such amazing relief at knowing you're in the best of hands. Ronda came into our lives when we needed some serious, SERIOUS help. In short, we were in foreclosure and wanted more than anything to avoid having our failure's follow my husband and I around on his credit report. More than that, we wanted to leave our failures behind and move in a direction where we could start over again. Build a new life. Enter Ronda. Ronda took the time from out of town to begin helping us, which means a lot to me. As someone who values their free time, I can 100% appreciate the sacrifice she made in getting the ball rolling in our short time frame. Her knowledge helped guide us through any and all questions, problems, and issues that popped up in this journey. Trust me when I say we were CLUELESS in all of this, and Ronda made this entire experience completely palatable. For every question I had, she had an answer. For every problem, she had a solution. For every fear I had, she had complete optimism. Her availability astounded me. I was constantly met with the communication needed to stay on top of our deadlines, paperwork, needs, and questions. Her knowledge helped to guide us through talking with our mortgage company, getting us the answers we needed to move forward in selling our home. She helped us decide what was best for our situation. Our situation demanded so much of her. Our situation felt hopeless, and she came into our lives with the answers and knowledge we needed to start over. When our house sold it was like a huge weight was lifted from our lives, and we could FINALLY breathe. From the bottom of my heart: THANK YOU! Like I've stated, no words I can form can convey how thankful I am for the help Ronda has been. I honestly don't think we would be where we are without her.
