Rosa was amazing at getting us into houses quickly so we could bid first on the ones we liked. She worked with a great lender, lawyer, and inspector that she recommended that were very quick and attentive to respond as well. She's very down to Earth and picked up on what we wanted in a home and was able to recommend homes in different suburbs. Very knowledgeable and if she doesn't know, she gets back to you the same day. She negotiated well for us and got us closed in 2 weeks. Would whole heartily recommend to everyone!

While looking to downsize into a smaller and older home, Rosa was very helpful. Her knowledge of the area that we were looking at and her experience of remodeling and/or repairing older homes was extremely helpful. Although we didn't end up finding what we wanted, it was not due to lack of opportunities presented to us by Rosa.
