This is the third home we’ve sold and the third home we’ve bought with Rose. She has consistently exceeded our expectations in every way. Great and effective advice for readying our home for showings, amazing accuracy in determining list price and each home we’ve listed with her has received offers within days of listing. She made everything easy and was extremely responsive throughout the process. We’d recommend Rose and her team to anyone!

My partner entered into a lowball agreement with a “we buy” group out of Detroit. When there was an attempt to have us agree to 25k below this lowball offer, we knew we had a problem. When Rose was recommended by a neighbor, we felt relief. She was there every step of the way … via text and phone. We were overwhelmed and were being fed false info by the unscrupulous manager and other decision makers. Rose set us up with an attorney and even accompanied us to the appointment so that we stayed on the right track. This mess and agreement that we should not have entered into was finally settled to our benefit. Rose has been directly responsible for my partner receiving 100k more than this ill-advised low ball offer. Rose saved him from this mess. We are so totally grateful to Rose and Cheryl on her team. Rose is very knowledgeable of the real estate market in the southwest Detroit market. She has her finger on the pulse of what the market is doing and what buyers are looking for. We had a condo that needed updating before being put on the market. Because Rose knows what current buyers are looking for we were able to make a couple updates with flooring and painting that ended up getting an offer over the asking price on the very first day of showings. We very much appreciate working with Rose and her staff through the selling process. They not only are knowledgeable but also very attention detailed and quick to respond to request and questions. We highly recommend using Rose for any buying or selling of real-estate in all of Southeastern Mi.

Highly recommend working with this team. You can tell they really care for their client and want the best for them. This was my first time buying a home so I was super nervous, but they made the process easy and smooth.

Lance is absolutely fantastic! We call him our official family realtor because we have all gone to him to buy/sell our homes over the past 1-2 years. He's professional, punctual, and incredibly helpful. I work a lot and am pretty busy most of the time but he always made sure I was aware of the next step in the process or of any upcoming deadlines. He had good advice about anything I asked and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. More than all of that, he's a good and honest person and I mean it when i say that everyone in my family considers him a friend. ??
