This was our second time working with Janet and we are absolutely happy with both of the experiences! This time we had to sell our condo and find our home within short period of time, and she helped us accomplish it in only 2 months. When I was discouraged she kept encouraging to look at the bright side and also not to compromise the standard and wish list we had for our home. She is always responsive and reachable and she truly cares and she has her clients' best in her mind. She was very quick to respond and always on top with communication with all the parties involved, we were able to buy our dream home thanks to her diligent work, I totally recommend whoever looking for an agent you can trust and love!

I first have to start off by saying that did not want to work with a realtor! Why? Because we have always had the experience of realtors being pushy and over bearing. Well we were completely wrong with Isabelle! From the start when I met her she was extremely professional, energetic, friendly, knowledgeable, driven, and determined to find us our house, well she did more than that, she found our dream home!! She wasn’t pushy she gave us our space to see what we actually wanted. When we were having issues with our loan process Isabelle, jumped in, along with the loan officers to make sure we were well informed in the loan process for our piece of mind. Isabelle has a saying, “I will make it happen” and happen she does!!!! Isabelle is nothing less than incredible!! I would recommend her to every one!! If you are in the market of either buying or selling, Isabelle is your agent! Thank you Isabelle for making our dream home a reality!! We gained not just an agent but a friend for life!! I’m sure her broker knows the quality of an agent he has working for him. Top Tier agent!!

Julia was an absolute pleasure to work with! As a first time homebuyer I had endless questions. Before Julia and I began working together, she took the time to walk me through everything and made me feel at ease. Julia also accommodated my ridiculous work schedule, working off hours, weekdays and weekends to schedule open houses and follow up calls with me to keep me in the loop through the entire process. Julia is extremely knowledgeable and made wading through the insanity of home buying feel like a breeze. I would recommend her to anyone without a second thought!

There's so much to say about Juan and the service he provided to my wife and me in selling our Perris home. First and foremost, I committed to Juan for selling our home years before we actually pulled the plug to sell. When he first came to see the home several years ago, he provided us guidance on what home buyers would be looking for when buying. With the information he provided, we were able to make the home improvements that were needed. In the following years, Juan patiently waited for us to find the right timing for selling. Years after our first meet up with him, we finally told him we were ready to pull the trigger and sell, and we were ready to sell immediately. In fact, we needed to sell quickly to have the needed funds to purchase an out-of-state home. In the out of state area, the market was not good and available homes that fit our needs were rare, but we found one and needed to sell immediately. Juan went over with us we he thought was a good price to sell our home to get a good offer quickly. Lo and behold, we had 2 offers within 2 weeks, both met our asking price! Juan was spot on with his advice. Escrow ended up being a little shaky as the buyer's lender had some hiccups. Every step of the way, Juan was on it. Literally our voice in the process and had our backs the whole time. We are so grateful to what he was able to pull off at the last minute to get the loan closed and had us on our way to our new home. Juan is very personable and friendly. He was always receptive to our numerous phone contacts and questions. I just can't say enough. I would use his service again if I were still in the area. Thanks, Juan!
