In 2010 my husband found Sam Heflin while he was looking for our home. Sam worked for us and we were so pleased to find the perfect home! It was our first home together and so it really was a dream come true. Sadly this August I had to call Sam and ask him to help me sell it, because my husband had passed away. It was the most terrifying time to be encountering such tasks, right when COVID19 was hitting the world. I had no idea where to start, but Sam promised me he would take care of everything - and he DID. Within a week Sam had two offers on the house and it sold that month. I am forever grateful for Sam's quick action, I really could not have done it without him.

Sam came out as soon as we called him. He was very honest and professional about what would sell our home. He brought a ton of traffic and multiple offers which resulted in us being under contract in less than 30 days. He continued to work hard and answered all of our questions every step of the way. He's very patient and hard working, answering all of our calls and questions anytime of the day or night. I highly recommend his service!
