I worked with Samantha to sell my home in Boone, NC. Samantha was very professional in all our communications, knowledgeable about the entire process and guided me with ease. Her knowledge of the area and it's market was helpful. She was very professional & very present in communications by phone & email. Very easy to work with but kept things straight & honest with me, which is what I needed in a realtor. Samantha & her team got me to the finish line. Would highly recommend.

Samantha was wonderful to work with. She made our house hunt fun and the closing process quick and easy. She set up the inspector along with all other service providers that were necessary for an effortless move in day.. She went beyond the job description to help us. We highly recommend using Samantha if you need an agent.

Sam is great to work with. She is always available, listened to what we were looking for and then delivered. She was great throughout the process, helping us to navigate the area and saved us a lot of money through the negotiation process. She went above and beyond what we expected from our agent. I highly recommend Sam, we will definitely be using her again when the opportunity arises.

Sam recently sold our home in a matter of days from the listing date and at full asking price. Sam also sold me this same home back in 2020. Sam does a great listing, advertising and communicating through the process. Sam was actually there on our moving day packing boxes and helping us cross the finish line.
