Ruth was amazing! My partner and I were referred to her by a friend who’s also a realtor, and she more than lived up to the hype. We were on a really tight timeline to buy a house in Boone, and Ruth was everything we needed: responsive, knowledgeable, and just a genuinely great person to work with. She knows the Boone area inside and out, and she didn’t just guide us through the process—she really showed up. She even helped us get our car unstuck from the snow (not exactly in the job description, but she went there). That kind of attentiveness and care made a stressful process so much easier. We’ve worked with other realtors before in different locations, and Ruth stands out in the best way. She’s got this great balance of being super professional but also incredibly personable and low-pressure. She’s not about pushing you into just any house—she’s about helping you find the right one, whatever that looks like for you. We were coming in from out of town and had to make quick trips up on short notice to see properties. Ruth always made it work. Ruth was absolutely incredible to deal with. From day one she walked us through everything and was always available and ready to answer any and all questions. Incredibly knowledgable and very kind. We always felt comfortable working with her and we knew she had our best interest at the forefront. Never felt any pressure and she had wise council to give even during the difficult parts of the process. She know this market very well! I would HIGHLY recommend Ruth and her team for any reality needs in the high country.

I absolutely loved working with Nikki and her team. Nikki helped us find our house 3 years ago and we loved it. Life threw us a curveball that made moving out of state necessary but I knew exactly who to call to help us sell our house. The team helped us get the house ready to sell and had the right tools that made showings easy. Nikki was in touch often to keep us updated and to answer any questions. I highly recommend Nikki and team.
