We began working with Sandee in the spring of 2022 as we were determining exactly what it was that we wanted to purchase, a house, townhouse, or condo and where. Sandee was very patient as we went through our process and Sandee was great at putting properties in front of us to review which really helped us understand exactly what we were looking for. The day we walked into the home we purchased, she knew, and we knew immediately that THIS WAS THE HOUSE! Sandee knew that this house would not be on the market long and she guided us on how we needed to proceed if we wanted to purchase this house. Sandee walked us through the entire process and today we are extremely happy with our new purchase and know we purchased a great house at a great price! We strongly recommend Sandee to others looking for an agent to help them with their real estate needs.

If you'd ask me today (a few days after hurricane Ian hit SW Florida), how would I rate Sandee's professional qualities, I'd start with the note that ZILLOW does not have enough 5-star ratings. Because Sandee deserves to be rated at 5-Stars Plus! Sandee was recommended to us as a great real estate agent who helped our friends to buy a house in Sarasota earlier this year. We live in MD, and we started working with Sandee in May 2022, when we first came to Sarasota to find a new home. Three and a half months later, multiple properties seen (some rejected by us, some contracts lost due to still "hot" Sarasota real estate market) we finally bought a home in a desirable area and exactly the type we wanted. Sandee patiently worked with us all this time. She also helped us with selection of home inspection and title companies. For many real estate agents work with the client ends on the day of the home sale. But not for Sandee! To my complete surprise she called me a day after devastating Ian hit Sarasota area and told me she'd stop by our home to see if there's any damage from hurricane. Isn't this a great service or what? As I said earlier ZILLOW does not have enough 5-Star ratings for Sandee.

We were first time buyers in Florida (moving from NJ) and knew nothing about the Sarasota area. We were so lucky to have found Sandee online. She was professional, experienced, personable and way beyond helpful with us in our search. We were on a very tight timeline and Sandee took care of it all for us. We looked at numerous homes, all beautiful. Sandee knew exactly what we were looking for and she personally took us to see each and every home in a 3 day span. Sandee found the perfect home for us. There was no question we couldn't ask and Sandee was ahead of the game every time. Sandee went out of her way to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. We highly recommend her for anyone looking for a new home in Sarasota. She is the BEST.

In a very difficult market, Sandee helped us find our new Venice Fl home and we were so grateful for her expertise and competence in all areas of the local real estate market. Her patience and positivity enabled us to persevere. She helped us to stay on schedule with all the tasks such as inspections, financing, utility turn-ons through and beyond closing. She loves her job and excels at it. As she told us, this is the biggest purchase of our lives and she wanted us to be confident we were making the right choices. We feel so blessed we had her to help us.
