Joe was great. Always responsive and knowledgeable. Would use him again, he knew the area well. He was always punctual he was not pushy which was great. He got all documents in a very expeditious fashion and the process could not have gone smoother with Joe involved.

Jeannie and Tood are the best! Jeannie was incredibly helpful on getting our home ready to sell and managing the open house. Todd's knowledge, patience and expertise on helping us through the process of deciding on bids, dealing with the inspection, going to contract and closing were beyond expectations. The proof of their expertise was evident in the fact that we received six bids, all over asking, the first weekend the house was on the market; and sold the home for well over asking. I cannot imagine any better Selling Agents than Jeannie and Todd!!!

Jeannie and Todd are the dynamic duo partnership. Jeannie worked with us to stage our home and even helped editing out closets. She has the best photographer who made our house look expansive and appealing. Todd took over at that point with the copy for the listing. He kept us informed throughout the process. THey move quickly and smoothly. Our house was on the market within a few weeks. Four days after the first showing, we had several good offers which Todd reviewed with us in person. From there, he negotiated the terms and kept the deal moving despite obstacles and bumps in the road. Todd and Jeannie are true pros and a pleasure to work with.

Joe did a great job helping us to find the property that we were looking for! He is very responsive and knowledgeable about the Stamford area. Definitely recommend him and look forward to working with him again in the future!

Note: Auslander Kasindorf were our agents in the sale of our home. This entire experience was the smoothest I've ever experienced ( I sold two homes prior ) or have even heard of! From Jeannie's staging of our condo to Todd's handling of the sales process - it was all completed from listing to closing in 33 days! 90% of the showing comments were exceptional, great job Jeannie! We literally had no issues throughout. This can only happen with competent knowledge, advise and preparation. We followed all of their guidance. With no referral to this team, but after speaking with Todd we had confidence we'd be in good hands. Honestly, I don't know how this could have worked out better. We would unequivocally recommend Auslander Kasindorf.
