Cynthia was an outstanding relator to work with. She had extensive knowledge of the towns we were looking at and was able to give us tips on locations and neighborhoods. On top of that she knew every other agent, which helped us hear of houses ahead of time and allowed us to come to know the market very well. My husband and I cannot recommend Cynthia enough as an agent for anyone looking to buy in the Summit, Chatham and surrounding area.

Her strong relationships with selling brokers were a significant advantage in our search. We were introduced to Cynthia Baker through a friend when we were just starting to think about making the transition from Manhattan to Summit, NJ. Cynthia was truly wonderful to work with. She was so knowledgeable about both the market and the area. We were immediately comfortable and excited to explore this next venture!
