Me and my wife absolutely cannot recommend Sarabeth anymore. She is not only an absolute SHARK of a realtor with an extremely evident amount of experience in the field, but just an all around good person with a heart of gold. We hit just about every bump in the road that could be hit in our buying/ selling experience. All though she couldn’t keep the bumps from happening because they were completely outside of her control, she was on top of everything at a moments notice and made the absolute best of each situation that arose. She went above and beyond to take care of our needs, while also making sure she took care of the needs of her family which I thought was awesome. That means late nights, early mornings, and racing to new listings on a whim if she felt like it was a match. Sarabeth is absolutely wonderful to work with. We honestly don’t think anyone could ask for a better person to have guided us through this entire experience.

As an investor purchaser, Sarabeth is relentless in finding me deals that might be of interest. She emails listings, contracts, replies any time day or night and even communicated with me from the hospital LDR. Who else does that? Sarabeth knows her market, buyers, sellers and goes out of her way to provide me with the best information in order to get the best deal and make the right decision. I think of her as part of my team and couldn't ask for anyone more dedicated. I trust Sarabeth and her advice and guidance for all my real estate needs.

Sarabeth was great! This was my first time selling property, she made the whole process a quick and easy, she helped me get exactly what I wanted for my shop / property. The day of the closing she brought her precious new born baby boy, basically I was communicating with her for about 3 weeks and I had to idea, this woman is seriously dedicated to helping individuals selling or buying. I sure happy with how the process went, and if I ever sell again, she will be the first realtor I call!
