Sarah assisted me and my roommate in finding a place during a time of desperation. We both were in toxic, uncomfortable living situations and felt like we were trapped. Throughout the process, Sarah provided clear and concise information. She responded almost immediately to emails, and when she didn’t it was always within 12 hours. She listened to me complain about my frustrations with the housing market, and would reassure me that we would find something perfect. The listing we ended up finding was not actually through Sarah, but she continued to provide advice and cheered us on as we applied for the apartment. She answered questions for us about the application, and even reread our information before we submitted it to ensure it was completed correctly and appropriately. Sarah was a huge help; and I will definitely be reaching out to her again soon once I begin the home buying process.

Sarah was an amazing realtor to work with. She was able to get us to into our new place in 3 weeks. She was attentive, called and texted to negotiate and answer any of our questions and even came and helped clean/move us in because we closed while I was 8 months pregnant! She’s definitely someone I would recommend in the future.

Sarah had So much experience and knowledge in every question we had, she went so far out of her way to constantly check in on our home to try and get our bid in as well as contacting the selling bank to see if they accepted our bid. She ended up landing us such an amazing 1st home. She is absolutely a 5 star realtor!

Sarah is the best in Danbury. She will get you what you want no matter what the obstacle is. She is very responsive and her negotiating skills are impeccable. My love my home and I refer her to everyone I know.

We cannot recommend Sarah enough!! When we found out we were moving, we knew we needed someone experienced to help us navigate the process of renting our house out. Sarah's many years of experience as a landlord was incredibly valuable to us as she was able to guide us to avoid some of the common problems and pitfalls. Additionally she was able to make the process as painless as possible and helped us find a great renter quickly. She is not only an awesome agent but very personable and just all around wonderful to work with. We will definitely be working with her again in the future for any of our real estate needs.
