Julie and Sarah were hands down, the best team to work with. Sarah's team is awesome! Our person, Julie, was always texting me back, responding to my emails and doing all she could to help us make the right decision. She was positive, helpful and happy to work hard for us. When I asked her to check out the attic of a house, she didn't even hesitate to clamber up the ladder and shine her phone light around and give us her perspective. She went out of her way to check out the house right before the closing, and went far above our expectations. What an absolute winner. If you want the best, work with Team Sarah and request Julie Carpenter!

Team Sarah's team member Julie Carpenter has been extremely attentive and has helped us go under contract on land and with a custom home builder. Sarah and her team have been very communicative through the process and viewing homes and investigating various options to help us move to Lexington to be closer to our children. Extremely professional, yet very relatable!
