Sarah Mulford-Martin was the best realtor we have ever had and we have bought and sold several homes over the last 20+ years. She is just the right mix of an aggressive thinker, client advocate, and excellent listener. She was thoughtful and thorough and timely in her communication with us throughout the selling process and there was never a time when we did not know where we stood regarding process, negotiations, preparations, staging, etc. Her guidance helped us feel confident and assured that we were always on the right path toward selling our home. And when we needed to adjust our approach and make preparations for showings, she was the perfect task master and coach. Sarah was great to work with. Had multiple showings scheduled before the property was even listed for sale, then sold 2 days after listing. She even ran out the day of photos to grab new towels to help with staging. Very responsive and didn't have any issues.

Sarah truly goes above and beyond. I am amazed at this woman's work ethic and would like to touch on each rating to show you why. Local Knowledge: I had a price set in mind that I was very firm on and she did not push back on me. Simply stated the facts and quickly (while on the phone with her) found several comps to satisfy asking price. A previous realtor would not do that for me and insisted nothing like that existed, so I never signed on and fortunately found Sarah a few days later. She had the best reviews and she lives up to the reputation. Process Expertise: She really knows her stuff and although we had many huge bumps on the road, she always knew what to do and never settled with the easy choice. She has a deep understanding of the process and and even the tiniest of details. It is evident she has extensive experience in this field. Through the process I felt her advise was always %100 to my benefit. This is a realtor to be trusted and one that actually works for her clients. Responsiveness: She has always replied same day and under a few hours. she is dedicated to her work and always happy to help/answer questions. I never got anything but happy and respectful conversation from her. Truly a pleasure to work with. Negotiation Skills: Now this is where she really shines. Her ability to get her point across and leave with no room for argument is inspiring. She is organized, poised, and knowledgeable in her rebuttals. They are extensive yet not repetitive. The main thing about Sarah is she does not settle. She will fight hard for you day in and day out. It almost felt like having a lawyer working for me. Sarah warrants this essay of a review. She will do for you what most won't. In the process I have also learned so much from her which has become an asset to all my future home dealings. Thank you Sarah for everything you truly are an amazing woman :)
