We have bought and sold several houses/properties over the years, and feel very blessed to have found Bernie as our realtor for this sale. All the great reviews are spot-on. He got us more than we dreamed of getting, and amazingly faster than anyone can believe. He is a straight-shooter; he will tell you the truth, explain the strategy, then make it happen. He works incredibly hard – even listed our house during his “vacation”, and then negotiated through all the offers to a contract during that “vacation”! I very highly recommend Bernie Alvey to anyone needing a realtor. I doubt you can do better with anyone else.

I had the pleasure of having Bernie Alvey as my realtor. I found him by reading his review and I have to say, all the other reviews are 100% correct! I have sold several homes over the years and he is by far the best I've worked with. Very easy to deal with, always keeps me informed and doesn't let the other side intimidate him. He's the best and that's a fact!

The ABSOLUTE best realtor I have ever worked with in 30 years of home ownership!! It is obvious why he is ranked at the top of the list. Bernie always made us feel like we were his only client when I knew he consistently had a long list of individuals he was representing. Hard charging and easy to work with. He is the only realtor I would ever recommend.

Mr. Alvey helped us buy a waterfront vacation home in Ocean City. He negotiated a great price and got us the deal we wanted. He is very knowledgeable about the Ocean City area and was very helpful. He was also always there to answer our questions and we really appreciated that. We are thankful and very fortunate that we had him to help us purchase our first beach house!
