Scott sandlin helped me find and purchase my new home. He also sold my last home for me in 2018 in like 4 days. His knowledge of the market, and the neighborhoods in Little Rock was invaluable. He helped me navigate the minefield of shopping for a mortgage too. And anytime I hit a snag, his knowledge and relationships with most of the major players in this market saved the day. (It seems like he personally knows every realtor and broker and mortgage company in central Arkansas) I highly recommend scott. He has many years of experience. I wouldn’t have been able to do it without him. He’s my go to guy for all my housing questions, and his real estate ethics are impeccable. He responds quickly when you reach out to him, and is patient when I ask him all my beginner level questions. Scott is also fiercely loyal, and I’ve always felt like he would fight to protect my interests, and to get me the best deal. Call him.

Scott was amazing and I would not only recommend him, but I would go so far as to say if Scott isn’t your realtor, then you absolutely aren’t using the best realtor. I went to Zillow to find a new realtor as I parted ways with my previous realtor. I reached out to Scott explaining my situation and Scott called me within five minutes of hitting the send button. This was the best real estate decision I have ever made. Everyone says, “Oh I had the best realtor, they were honest and got me a good deal” well yes, Scott did all of that but he kept me updated as needed but didn’t overload me with minute details, he always answered the phone when I called him, I never had to leave a message, and he always responded to texts immediately, I never had to wait for a response from him. He has spent many hours on the phone trying to get my deal through but never had a harsh word for anyone. He is truly an amazing realtor he also negotiated a deal over the original list price. If I ever have another house to sell or buy, I wouldn’t use anyone but Scott. As I said in the beginning, if you want to buy or sell there is no better realtor then Scott, he is the best! There are many good realtors, but you won’t find anyone who will work as tirelessly on your behalf than Scott. If you don’t use Scott, then you are doing yourself a disservice.

Scott was fantastic helping us relocate from New York to Little Rock. Cross country moves are very stressful, but thanks to Scott and his team, the home buying process turned out to be the easiest part of the move. He was knowledgeable, professional, accessible, and friendly. If you’re looking to buy or list, I highly recommend Scott and his team.

Have worked with Scott on a few occasions buying and selling. Highly recommend. Very knowledgeable, hard working and a pleasure to work with. Has always has his clients best interests in mind when helping. The only Realtor we use in the Little Rock area.
