Sean was and is the best! He has helped me and two of my sisters and families to buy houses in the communities of Gualala and The Sea Ranch. This has happened over the past decade. Now he just helped my sister sell her home. All of the experiences for us have been positive, with a feeling of ease that we were being taken care of. He knows so much about the particular houses as well as the surrounding neighborhood and community. All of the sales went through without any glitches. We are beyond grateful that we found him.

Sean sold us our home ten years ago, which required extraordinary skill in working with the bank which held the title. He went "above and beyond" to make sure we signed on time and got in. Now, in 2023, even with a slowing market with interest rates climbing, he patiently held numerous open houses and worked with other agents to bring them in to view the house upon request. Finally, we received two offers, and Sean patiently helped us negotiate the most favorable purchase agreement that we could have expected. He is patient, highly skilled, knowledgeable about market forces, and is able to use humor when appropriate. We have worked with other agents and Sean is right in company with the few of the best. We would recommend him to anyone in the North Coast area of Sonoma and Mendocino County.

Danielle was so pleasant to work with. She was our buyers agent and did a great job! Highly recommended. We had many obstacles through escrow where she calmly guided us safely to the finish line. She even gifted is with a Margarita basket as a house warming gift. How sweet!?
