We've worked with Shad Bevington exclusively for years now and have purchased and sold numerous homes with him. He's very knowledgeable, friendly and doesn't try to push anything on you. When looking through a home he'll point out things that he notices that may be something to look out for. It always feels like he's trying to help you find your best option. I highly recommend.

Highly recommend working with Shad! He was incredibly responsive, transparent, and helpful in assisting us with our home search. He was not remotely pushy and explained each step clearly along the way.

Shad was very easy to work with. He was responsive in a timely manner to questions or concerns. He never made any question seem bothersome. He was knowledgable, which made us feel great about working with him. We also felt that we were great hands as well as our home. We highly recommend using Shad as a realtor.

As a first time homebuyers he did a great job explaining the process and helping us understand. He gave us really good references if we needed them. If we had any questions he was very fast to respond. He had a great personality and always kept us updated on our situation. Would highly recommend!
