We first met Shae in 2019 when trying to sell the home we owned at that time. During our first meeting, it was evident she was genuine, down to earth and approachable. We really felt comfortable and at ease with her and knew she had our best interest in mind and not out to make a quick buck. Another reason that made our decision easy, is that she is local, a graduate of Coppell High School, which gives her the advantage of knowing that market well. Since we used her in the past, it made it easy to use her again for the sale of our current home. Once we did our part in getting our house ready to put on the market, we didn't worry about anything else. Shae really goes above and beyond to make sure you get top dollar for your home. From the moment we met Shae, her knowledge of the DFW real estate market shone through clearly. She is very focused on helping clients put out the highest quality product and has incredible insight into the most salient selling points of each home. She had wonderful suggestions for how we could prepare our home to show at its best, was incredibly responsive to all our questions, and was happy to go through all the details about the selling process. She even enrolled in a specific corporate relocation program network to work with us to sell our home. She effectively managed our expectations, skillfully handled the sale negotiation, home inspections, and all of the other administrative tasks required to close. Her photographers, support team, and other recommended vendors were highly skilled and professional. Shae is a sound advisor that made the entire process as seamless as possible. Shae is the only agent to choose in Coppell. We chose Shae because of her reputation and experience in coppell, and she did not disappoint, helping us to land a house with over 15 offers. The process was really smooth, and Shae took care of everything. She knew the ins and outs of every aspect of the contracts, the neighborhoods, and the houses themselves. As an example, Shae identified a foundation repair that had not been disclosed and we avoided a major headache down the road. We will use Shae for all of our future real estate needs!

Four years ago, with funds we received from selling a property in Florida, we decided to invest in a rental property right here in our hometown of Coppell, Texas. We reached out to Shae and told here just what we were looking for. Shae immediately found exactly what we were looking for and gave us a tour of the house the following day… THEN negotiated a price that was within our range… THEN referred a great inspector who sent us a detailed report within two days… THEN guided us seamlessly through the closing process… THEN listed the property for rent and found us a qualified tenant… The entire process took exactly one week and on day 8 our new tenant moved into our new rental home…INCREDIBLE!! Four years later (earlier this year) we decided to sell the rental property. Reaching out to Shae to help us was a no-brainer and once again, she did not disappoint us. Shae performed a preliminary walk-through of the house with us, helping us identify areas that needed attention in order to quickly and properly prepare the house for a “best price” listing. Shae then referred qualified professionals for new paint and new carpet installation, as well as an electrician for some electrical repairs and upgrades. When the property was ready to list she waisted no time in finding a cash buyer and negotiating a price well above our asking price. Again, she seamlessly guided us through the paperwork and the closing process and was there at the closing to congratulate us on successfully selling our rental home. Listing to closing took 10 days.
