USE RYAN! Read this one, I promise it's helpful !! You don't know me, you may not know Ryan... DON"T LET THAT STOP YOU…Get to know the man. He helped me and my fiancé find a great place that fits us perfectly. But many realtors can do that. What they can't do, give EXPERT advice from years of selling houses, that has shown results to help us. Not only did he help us find ours, but was the best source of phenomenal advice. Due to his years of experience, his advice was able to help us make a large profit on the house we sold (that he didn't list because it was in Tyler, TX). Ryan went out of his way to help us for several other things, and above all....HE GIVES YOU HIS EXPERT OPINION. For anyone who hasn't bought many houses this was a HUGE help. That was a rant, but you will not be disappointed with Ryan.

Fantastic broker. Knows everything. Addressed all contract concerns to my complete satisfaction. Scott was traveling at the time we started our search, so he referred us to a great associate of his named Ryan Morris. Ryan is knowledgeable, friendly, very timely, and did not hesitate to advise us when a property was undesirable or in a bad area. He was also concerned with our interest above and beyond any concern for his commission. Ryan has also been very helpful to us even after the close in ways I would not expect. We highly recommend Scott Real Estate.

Scott has been a huge help in getting our family into our new, (first!) home! Truly could not have done it without him & his whole team. As first time home buyers, we had lots and lots of questions, and Scott was great at answering them all! I really appreciated how prompt he was to answer questions and that he always answered our calls right away. I loved his recommendations for loan officers, title company etc. Everyone always talks about how stressful it is to buy a home, and we anticipated being super stressed, but Scott truly made this the easiest most stress-free home buying process possible. He helped us get the best deal on our house. Can’t wait to buy & sell more home with him as our agent in the future!!

My husband and I were wary of finding an agent until we decided to try our friends’ real estate agent, whom they had nothing but great things to say. I had some idea on what to expect as a first-time homeowner after reading online, but I don’t think our home buying process would have gone as smoothly without Ryan. He took the time to get to know us and understand what we were looking for…and wasn’t pushy! With his help, we were able to negotiate and buy our forever home. And we’re grateful to him for introducing us to our go-to general contractor! Ryan easily became a friend during this process. Even after closing, he’s still a great help! (He helped us decide on a color scheme that worked with our flooring.) We have already recommended him to our friends and co-workers thanks to the stellar service he provides.

Working with Ryan on this sale could not have been better. He was very responsive and knowledgeable. He took the time to really understand our needs. Ryan even offered to meet contractors when I could not be available. Several times I needed help making decisions. With his high level of expertise Ryan provided the very best guidance every time. I felt very confident and everything went smoothly. I found that I could definitely trust his judgment and would highly recommend him to others for assistance with their real estate needs.
