Shannon did an amazing job of helping me navigate through a challenging sale of my home. She was always available to answer my million questions and concerns, had a slew of people at the ready to help me fix the issues I was dealing with and did a great job of helping me negotiate through the final sale. She also represented me on the purchase of my new home and that went very smooth. If I ever move again, Shannon will be the first person I call.
