My family and I were beyond thankful to have Shannon assist us in finding our home! She puts her clients first and takes the time to get to know who you are and the type of home you are really looking for. I can’t say enough for her 2nd mile service. Yes and when we decide to relocate, we hope to have her help again!

Shannon did an amazing job through the entire process. We used the VA loan and she was very knowledgeable about the way everything worked. She also knows how to negotiate well with the lenders and was able to help us close the deal quickly and easily and was able to help us sort out situations with closing cost. She took her time to paint our deck and water proof it so our inspector would sign off for the loan. I would 100% recommend Shannon and will contact her in the future if ever to buy another home.

Shannon helped us with both the sale and purchase of our relocation to the Steubenville area. We looked at homes for about 8 months before we found what we were looking for. She was able to help to market our home we were selling and find buyers for us very timely as well. Shannon is a wealth of knowledge and is readily available to work with you for your needs. I’ve never meet a realtor more dedicated to getting the job done for her clients. She is truly passionate, knowledgeable and such an asset to have when buying or selling your home.
