Our family was coming to the area from out of state, having never been to the area before, and we needed to find a reliable realtor. A friend recommended Shannon to us, and we are so glad we had her throughout our house buying process!! We’ve dealt with not-so-great realtors in the past, so Shannon was a breath of fresh air compared to them. She goes above and beyond to help her clients. She is honest, straightforward, and communicates really well. She is very knowledgeable of the NoVA area and was able to recommend which areas might be a good fit for our family. We had to do our house tours virtually and she always led us through comprehensive walk-throughs. Her opinions were always honest. For example, there was one home that smelled strongly of pet urine, and she let us know it was quite noticeable. She didn’t try to hide this fact from us or downplay it in anyway. She always let us know her honest thoughts. We could tell how much she truly cared about us as individuals, not just clients, and how important it was to her to help us find the right home. Which eventually we did. We are so grateful for Shannon and her incredible skillset as a realtor. We love our new home and wouldn’t be here without her! Thank you!

Shannon went above and beyond in order to find us our dream first home before our lease ended. She spent every weekend in the month of November helping us look for homes (touring 10+ homes every weekend), and was very honest with each tour on whether or not she thought a certain house was the right fit or not. Not only is she a great realtor, but she also has background in renovation and interior design, so she was able to give us ideas on how to maximize the space in the homes we looked at. Once we found the home we loved, Shannon took over taking care of all the work behind the scenes, and before we knew it, we had the keys in hand to our new home. We will definitely use again Shannon in the future!

Shannon was the perfect choice as our realtor, especially for navigating the VA loan process. She gave my wife and me the space to move at our own pace but knew exactly when to step in and point out important details we might have missed in our excitement. When we found the right home, she handled the negotiations with skill and strategy, making sure we got the best possible deal. Shannon’s expertise and genuine care made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. We couldn’t recommend her more highly!

Shannon Lamb was a God send during the purchase of my home. Long story short, I was in the midst of a drawn out divorce and she did such a phenomenal job advocating for me that I ended up asking her to please be my realtor for the sale of my marital residence a few months later with the added complexity of a dysfunctional relationship. I first met Shannon in August when buying my own property following separation.. and by November she was finalizing the sale of my marital residence. If you want someone who will be direct while maintaining professionalism, Shannon is the perfect realtor for you. She was able to manage the delicate dance of interacting with my ex spouse and myself. We were not able to communicate or make decisions together 95% of the time. Ms. Lamb would have follow up conversations with the both of us to ensure that we all understood that we were on the same page about wanting to maximize our proceeds by making the property the best that it could be. She is a genuine person who is clearly passionate about her profession and it shows. I have recommended her to me coworkers, and I will always do so based on the work she has done thus far. Personally, I won’t use anyone else as long as she is in business.

It was a pleasure working with Mrs. Shannon, she helped us with the purchase of our new home and was very knowledgeable and helpful overall. She was very attentive and helped us find the perfect home for us.
