This was the second house I have sold and Shannon made it so much easier than the first sale. He took away all my anxiety . I had a couple of personal issues that interfered with the process but Shannon was kind, understanding and exhibited patience. He was persistent with the lender and kept me up-to-date with the process. I was included in all major decisions. Thank you Shannon for everything. I feel like a met a friend and a great business contact.

He started out as a neighborhood acquaintance, then my realtor, then my "property overseer", my bulldog when I wasn't there to bulldog, my sounding board, then my property manager back to my realtor - and somewhere in there became my friend as well.There could be no one out there that does their job as well as he did to make this come together and happen - the things he put up with, the things we learned together about the oddest of odd situations that could come up. He was there through every step - hw went above and beyond. He is the realtor I want in my corner ANYTIME I buy or sell!!! Our two year four month journey on this transaction may have come to and end - but the friendship and continued working relationship is just beginning!!!

Agent, Shannon was amazing. Patient, happy, always responsive and helped with amazing referrals. Helped us get our dream home, highly recommend this amazing man.

We used Shannon to lease out our rent house and to list the house we lived in. He was always eager to help us out and even came by to let me in my house when I locked myself out! Very personable and down to earth. We will use him for all of our real estate needs!
