Shannon was referred to me by the VA. Shannon talked with me and it didn't take Mrs. Shannon a day or so to start sending me pictures of houses in the area for me to look at. I was very impressed with how she got right in there with house to look at. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a house. From the start she was getting at least one house a week and the we're weeks that she was me looking at as many as three or four to look at witch was above and beyond what she needed to do because at time their wasn't much to look at or that what was for sell or being sold. Thank you Shannon for your help in looking for my New home.

I would recommend Shannon Decker Young to anyone looking for a home in Grant County. I live out of state and was buying a home in Grant County, without Shannon's help I am not sure how this would have turned out. Hard worker, pleasant to deal with and very patient with me. I found her very knowledgeable about homes and the area.

We have bought two homes and sold one with Shannon's help. She was beyond helpful in the buying/selling process, and we felt very confident and successful in all of the transactions. In our first transaction, we had been renting and were told we had thirty days to move since the owners had sold the property. Shannon was able to find and negotiate getting us into our first home within that thirty-day window, and we spent many happy years in that home. When it came time to expand, we were able to sell our first home at a much higher price than we had anticipated. Not only that, but Shannon was able to find us a new home in our dream neighborhood where we have been since. She is forthright and honest about the situations we faced, yet encouraging and sympathetic at the same time. Shannon is easily accessible and is always prompt in returning calls/texts/emails. Shannon does her due diligence and we always felt that she was always working her hardest for what was best for us. Now in retirement, we are working with Shannon to look at the possibility of downsizing, and we look forward to her expertise and knowledge to once more help us out.

She sold a difficult property and was amazingly patient with the complications that came up after the property was listed. In the end, she worked everything out far better than I'd believed would be possible.

I recently purchased a house and i went through Shannon Decker from Walt Wood . I think that she did everything in her power to get me the best deal on the house and she helped me step by step to get everything i needed to get my home as quick as possible. She was always available and it was a great experience working with her on the purchace of my 1st home.
