Sharon did an amazing job assisting us with selling our rental property. Her expertise in Real Estate was apparent from our first meeting and immediately put us at ease. Sharon is friendly, energetic, and has a passion for real estate; going beyond to make sure the home looked amazing and at the same time was mindful of staying within our budget. Sharon has amazing communication skills and we felt well-informed throughout the entire process. Sharon was an absolute dream to work with. We were first time home buyers and she made every step of the way feel easy and informed us of everything along the way. We randomly requested a tour of a house from her on zillow and got so lucky in finding such an amazing person to work with. Sharon showed us houses and gave us pros and cons on each house with no pressure. She was objectively able to tell us about the house and we never felt any pressure to buy any house in particular, it seemed with every house that she showed us the house got closer and closer to being exactly what we wanted. Sharon was very responsive throughout the entire process and even after we purchased a home she stayed responsive. The home we ended up buying turned out to be the perfect home for our family and Sharon along with her team worked so incredibly hard to help us all along they way. Not only Sharon but the team she has compiled is absolutely amazing as well. We could not have dreamed of a better person to work with during such a big step in our lives, we are so happy to have been able to work with and meet Sharon. If anyone is looking for a house in the Sacramento area I would suggest to seek Sharon out because with out here we would not be sitting in our wonderful home today.

I first met Sharon when my husband and I were thinking about purchasing a home through a California grant program through luck of the draw. However months later, when we didn't get it, and after meeting her, I sought her out personally... Have you ever met someone and instantly thought, this person is authentic and cares about what i need? Well, that's Sharon! Sharon is personable, professional, knowledgeable, savvy, and one heck of a negotiator. What she was able to negotiate for me and my husband was incredible and her experience as an agent shines through. Even more than that she takes the time with you to make sure you are getting what you want. She will make recommendations however always touching back to you too make sure this is what you want. The type of personal attention to detail and the team of resources she was perfect. They held our hands and walked us through every step making sure we understood what was happening and offering and advice we asked for. She has that uncanny business sense that you want in your corner when buying one of the biggest investments of your life. Trust is huge for me and I can personally sense when someone is not being authentic. Sharon is open and caring, seeking to make sure you feel heard. My husband and I look forward to a continued friendship with her because she's one of those people that actually cares about the people she's helping. Her energy and attitude is unequaled.
