I recommend Shartay for anyone who's looking to move to the DFW metroplex. Not only has she helped my family buy our dream home that checked everything we were looking for that seemed impossible for other realtors... she went to great length to find what we were looking for. Ms. Simpson has done an excellent job and used her services in 2019 and 2020 to buy homes. If you are looking for anyone who is flexible with time budget and/or a good understanding of the area I would highly recommend her. We plan to use her services again in the foreseeable future.

This lady here is the TRUTH!!!! I have not one bad thing to say about her. She was truly God sent. I began working with Shartay during the summer of 2019. Between July 2019 and October 2019, I contracted 2 different homes at 2 different times and elected to terminate both contracts due to unforeseen circumstances. While going through a tough time in my life Shartay never waivered away from being supportive, patient and understanding. In that moment I felt as though I had made a true friend. She spoke to me and treated me as a friend and not as a client. Shartay NEVER pressured me into looking for a home while I was dealing with my own crisis, however she was quick to periodically check on me and to see if I needed anything. She always reassured me that she was there for me and to let her know if I needed anything. Fast forward to December 2020. With the help and support of Shartay I finally closed on a home. During the process of leading up to closing I ran into an issue that was beyond my control. Shartay gave me her word that she would pull in resources to assist with this issue. She kept her word. Without her professionalism, knowledge and patience I would not have closed on my home and there is no other way to express that. Shartay has a kind and loving spirit. She will work hard with you and for you. Words can't express how grateful I am for all that she did for me. Shartay thank you for your great act of kindness, for believing in me and not giving up on me.

Shartay was AMAZING in helping us find our home. She listened to our needs/wants in a home and was super knowledgeable on everything. She walked us through any questions we had, was there at closing with us and even after closing, if I had any questions or concerns, she was there with an answer. If we could rate her 1-10, she's a 20!! Thank you, Shartay, in helping us find the perfect home.

Our move was made so much easier with Shartay’s help and expertise. She is so easy to work with. She worked very hard to meet our requirements and kept going until they were met. She is very professional wonderful to work with. I would recommend her to anyone

Shartay helped my Fiancé and I find our first home to purchase together. She was unbelievably patient and never rushed us through the process. We spent multiple days looking for many hours and she gave us her undivided attention the entire time. She was able to answer any question we had along the way and she was always completely transparent. She checked in on us constantly and let us know she was always available to help in any way we needed. Shartay goes above and beyond for her clients and she definitely has a love for her job that completely shines through. We could not have been happier with the process and the decision to work with Shartay. She is the best!
