Shawn helped me so much as a first-time homebuyer, from the day I started looking for a house to finally signing the closing papers and looking at lots and lots of houses in between. I wasn‘t sure quite what I wanted and didn’t know much about all of the different steps to buying a house, but Shawn helped me look at different options until I found a house just right for me and helped me navigate the buying process. She also helped me find a house that fit the requirements for a first time homebuyer grant and save lots of money. I am very grateful Shawn was my realtor during my home buying journey and helped me find my very own home!!!

Shawn was so helpful, super friendly and very quick to respond to all messaging and very helpful throughout the whole process. She helped explain anything and everything we had questions on. She even gifted us a new home owner gift basket for us. I would highly recommend her!

Shawn did an amazing job helping us find our dream home and negotiating our deal would highly recommend her for anybody in the area. She made everything go so fast and smooth. From viewing the home, putting in our bid, getting a lender, getting a home inspection and even reminding us to get the gas and electric when it was time. With her helpful advice on how to get our old home ready she sold it on the first showing. Awesome job Shawn. Thank you very much
