Shawna May was an absolute joy to work with! She listed and sold our home, then sent us homes within our parameters to view/visit, but went above and beyond to find us our dream home before it even hit the market! She explained all the processes that we had to go through at every step and stayed with us until everything was signed, moved and finally settled. And a few after the move check ins. As a first time seller Shawna helped me navigate threw the difficulties of selling a house very easily. Was a huge help sifting threw all the offers and finding us the best deal. She was easy to work with, always quick on responses, answered any questions I had and was a huge help with changes I could make to help with selling the house. I can’t thank her enough and really appreciate everything she did. Highly recommend!

Shawna was very helpful and objective in her approach to listing the home. She does not deliver a over-promising sales pitch but instead listens to the problem / question and addresses exactly that, which was a refresher for me given my prior experiences. Would recommend her services to any prospective buyer / seller!
