We selected Jed to list our home due to his familiarity with the area, his responsiveness to our questions, and his marketing plan. He thought ahead to get drone pictures in the Fall with the beautiful colored trees even though we listed at the end of March. We were very pleased with how fast our house sold and above asking price.
