Shelley is awesome to work with! She helped us buy our house 8 years ago, and she helped us sell it in April 2024. From the moment we called to discuss putting our house on the market to the moment we closed she was top notch. We especially appreciated how, whenever we had a question, she was quick to respond. She provided clear suggestions about how to make our house more attractive before photos were taken. It can be hard to be objective with your own home so it was helpful to see things from the perspective of potential buyers. Another thing that we appreciate is the way she helped price our house. Shelley did extensive market research and clearly explained the reasons for her suggestions. We were able to price it competitively and our house sold in 3 days (not saying that's typical but that was our experience) We've sold a house before in another state– it was a very stressful and drawn out experience. Shelley made it pretty close to stress-free and her positivity helped us stay positive too. Leading up to closing, minor things needed to be done on the house since the buyer was using an FHA loan. She helped us navigate all those challenges and we closed on time. Bottom line: If you're looking for a realtor to help you buy or sell, in our opinion you can't do better than Shelley Brinson.

Since we were new to the area, we did not know any agents personally. We found Shelley Brinson through Zillow, where she had good reviews and ratings, as well as lots of recent sales. We were very happy with our experience. Shelley's gentle, calm manner and unhurried approach to helping us find a house made the whole process peaceful and enjoyable, with very little stress. She was respectful, never pushy, and willing to work with our particular needs and preferences in a home. She allowed us all the time we needed to look through houses and to ask questions. She is very knowledgeable of Daviess County, very experienced in real estate, and gave us helpful suggestions as we purchased the house. The result--from our first day of house hunting until we had possession of our new home was only 41 days. If you need a no-pressure agent to help you find and purchase a home with as little stress as possible, we highly recommend Shelley Brinson.

Shelley is a very professional realtor and I would highly recommend her to anyone. She is incredibly responsive, professional and helpful. She is a great resource also on the local area. We have relocated several times and have dealt with some less than great realtors. Shelley is NOT one of those. She even assisted a realtor on the sale of our former home outside of this area! Talk about above and beyond the call of duty. We always felt like a priority to Shelley and she always times we were available work for her. Shelley answers her phone and if a message was left calls were returned in a very quick fashion. She is a true professional and will do the very best to represent her clients best interest. Truly the best realtor we have dealt with.

Answered my questions promptly and gave helpful input. Very nice to work with. Showed me multiple houses until I found the one right for me. Would definitely use again in the future.

Shelley was great to work with! We were first time home buyers, and she helped us through every step of the process. We initially were just trying to get an idea of what we wanted in a house, and when we gave her a laundry list of what we wanted, she called a few days later to tell us that our dream house had just come on the market that day! I highly recommend her!
