Shelley was wonderful to work with. She listened to my needs and provided assistance from the beginning of the process to the end. She was quick to respond to my many questions and concerns. Shelley was amazing. We had some anomalies in our home sale, but she saw that they were removed and was gracious throughout the whole process. She was always quick to respond to any of our worries or questions and she has a quick wit and wonderful sense of humor that kept us grounded. We couldn't have asked for better representation. One of my favorite things about working with Shelley is that she is straightforward. She was always responsive, even if it was a note to let me know that she would get back to me later if she was busy elsewhere. She provided information and guidance for a process that I had never been through before and was understanding of our concerns and patient with us.
