Shelly was extremely helpful, patient and proactive in finding the land acreage and (very specific) features we required. It took us almost 2-years to find exactly what we needed and we were successful in large part due to Shelly’s persistence. I would recommend Shelly to anyone looking for real estate in Tyler County.

Shelly has done such an outstanding job selling some property I had. Any time I had a question she always responds very quickly with the answer and as for as negotiation she's the best. I received my asking price or came pretty close. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.
