If you’re looking for a spot on real estate agent, Shelly is your girl. She has a thorough understanding of real estate that comes from decades of experience. She is incredibly responsive and ready to go above and beyond for the sake of her clients. Because of her, we had a full price offer on our house the day it was listed, and we beat out multiple offers on the house we bought. Shelly made the buying/selling process seamless, smooth, and stress free. She has become like family to us and we highly recommend her to anyone who is either buying or selling a home.

As everyone knows buying or selling your home can be very stressful. She was fantastic and sold my home two days after placing it on the market. She is very honest, a hard worker and willing to work with you for your particular needs , and is especially accommodating your such situations as work from home and pets needs. She will tell her like it is if you ask and is very professional . I would I highly recommend her . I am very impressed. She has changed my mind about the real estate industry. She never asked me to fix or change things that were unreasonable also. She is super supportive of your goals as well. Thank you Shelly for putting up with my stressful life and busy schedule.

I can't emphasize enough how grateful I am to have had Shelly assist our family in accomplishing what felt like the impossible. I knew from the first moment I met her that we were taken care of when it came to what kind of home our family was looking for as well as being able to successfully sell our previous home! She provided all sorts of tips and things to consider when we were looking, was incredibly knowledgeable about the areas of Sacramento we were looking into and had wonderful references to people who could help us with various home improvement projects. We were able to sell our house and buy our forever home within a very short period of time thanks to her pro-activeness and responsiveness throughout the whole complicated escrow process. I learned a lot from Shelly and recommend her to anyone hands down!

Shelley helped us buy our first house. She worked long hours looking at 6+ houses a day with us because we lived 2+ hours from where we wanted to buy. She knew all the answers to our questions about VA loans and which houses we would qualify for. She was an expert negotiator when it came time to talk details. She made sure we got everything we wanted and more! She was wonderful with my kids, they looked forward to seeing her when looking for houses. Overall, I dont think we could have gotten a better realtor to help us!
