We searched for a place at Wintergreen for over a year. Sherry was patient, knowledgeable, helpful and always there to show us each new place that might meet our desires. We wanted the kind of place that goes very quickly, and Sherry stayed on top of the market. When the property we ultimately purchased was listed, we had an offer on the table within 24 hours, which was a good things because were were not the only ones. Sherry helped us craft the offer so that ours was the best one.

The folks handling the nursing home bridge loan for my suddenly invalid relative sent Sherry my way, and she impressed me more with every interaction. The situation necessitated the quick sale of an old home in disrepair three states away from my current residence. Sherry smoothed the process immeasurably. Personable and genuine, yet 100% the professional. She is an exemplar of excellence in communication, both in clarity and responsiveness. I obtained estimates and market analyses from four real estate agencies during the cleanup and renovation project; the other three were like grade school work compared to hers. By the time I was prepared to finalize my choice of real estate agents, I had so much confidence and trust in Sherry that there was really no decision to make. This was a very stressful four month roller coaster ride for me and my family. We are so grateful to have had Sherry on our side throughout. Five stars are not enough!

Sherry was a joy to work with and helped us find and purchase the perfect home in Afton, VA during a challenging time (both due to COVID and an intense seller's market). She is very knowledgeable about the purchasing process and Charlottesville & the surrounding area. She was quick to answer our questions and was incredibly responsive and willing to accompany us to showings at the drop of a hat. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Sherry again or recommend her to friends and family.

Sherry was recommended from friends who had recently used her and she was fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable of the area and the entire home buying process. Visited the property several times on our behalf to meet inspector, take videos, and perform the final walkthrough prior to closing. Would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy in and around Wintergreen.

Sherry provided exceptional service through out our process of buying in Wintergreen. She was by far the most responsive agent I have ever worked with and her knowledge of the homes in the area was vast. Sherry was always willing to do what she could to help us view a property and we were often the first ones to get to see a property, which was very helpful in a competitive market. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone and will use her again in the future.
