There was exactly 1 property in Pioche we wanted. I went over my offer with Sheryl, she helped me with it and presented it to the owners. They accepted and we will be Pioche full time residents in about a year. Sheryl is great with communication whether it be email, phone call or text. She kept us updated all the way through and anytime I had a question she answered promptly. Have no hesitation calling her for real estate in Lincoln County.

I contacted Sheryl this morning about listing my property in Pioche, Nevada. As we visited I was impressed and appreciated her knowledge, guidance, and expertise. She is a hustler! She has already traveled to Pioche and checked out the property and contacted me back. I had not even signed a contract with her yet.....but I certainly will Mondayl!!! I have no doubt she will move my property.

Sheryl was very helpful and understanding as we worked through this trust sale and was able to line up a buyer very quickly. We relied on her heavily due to the fact that we did not live in the area. Sheryl was very flexible and worked after hours to meet our needs! Thank you for the great customer service

She has helped us research properties in the Pioche area. Our original listing was more than what we wanted to originally invest so far from our primary residence, Sheryl assisted us in review other homes and lots in other development areas. Although we are still looking, Sheryl is there for us in the review process when we need her. Sheryl is a valued asset in your search for your next property.
