Very friendly and knowledgeable of the properties and locations if them. Always get back to you in a timely manner. Always checking on new properties and let me know what's new in the market. Cares about what properties you want and not just trying to sell you any old property out there.

She was AWESOME!! I had initially met Sonia last year in January 2012. At that time, I thought I was ready to buy a home, and then I had decided that I was going to wait. I had told Sonia this and she was ok with that. Throughout the year she would check in on me and see how I was doing and she would send me things letting me know how it’s a great time to buy. She definitely inspired me to start looking at homes again. So in January of 2013, I decided I’m going to start looking for a place to call my home. So the search began in February, and went on for months…buying a home can be very stressful, and a long process. But Sonia was always there for me, when I was down and out she was positive, she would tell me “its ok we’ll keep on looking we’re not going to give up!” When I was ready to thrown in the towel, she would keep me on my toes, and I’m so grateful for her, because now I own this beautiful home, and I’m glad she stood by my side and had patience with me when I was ready to give up. She was so helpful in every aspect of being a first time home buyer. It wasn’t easy, and we had such difficulties in dealing with the sellers real estate agent, he was so unprofessional. Sonia was a ray of Sunshine, truly blessed to have her as my agent!!
