Spencer helped me purchase my first home, and she made the entire process go very smoothly! Deciding to work with Spencer was a simple choice as her excellent communication skills were far and away the best of any agents I had met at several open houses, and her friendly and quick responsiveness really set her apart from others. Finding the right house took quite awhile, and Spencer was encouraging and patient throughout the house search which I really appreciated. Once I found the right house, from the point of setting up an offer to the time of closing, when communication is most critical, Spencer promptly answered every question I asked, timely reached out to agents/lender/contractors as needed on my behalf according to a personalized buyer timeline she gave me, and sent me updates on the status of each step in the process as soon as a status would change. I am very grateful to Spencer for making the entire process as stress-free as possible, and I am glad to have had the opportunity to work with her. Spencer helped us purchase a home from 800 miles away. We decided to move back to Missouri from Gulf Shores and connected with Spencer through Zillow. She understood what we were looking for and worked with my daughters to find us the perfect home. The entire process from writing the contract to closing went smoothly. I hope we keep this house for a while but if we ever decide to move, she will be our first call.
