Ever feel like your business is just not important to someone? Well you won’t feel that way with Stefan Marikovics. I knew from the moment I first spoke with him that he was the guy for the job. He understood exactly what we were looking for in a large land purchase. He eagerly and enthusiastically battled through any uncharted territories seeking out whatever info we needed, be it deed restrictions, surveys or details of owning properties in a 480a forestry program. He went above and beyond his duties as a realtor, a true professional, and in turn has become someone we can gladly refer to as a friend.

He had my house under contract within a week, negotiated like a pro and got me everything I asked for. His entire process from timing to marketing strategy was well thought out from the start and wonderfully executed. Went smoother than any home sale I have done in the past. Would most certainly recommend him.

My wife and I were moving up from North Carolina in what would be considered a "last minute move" We reached out to Mr Marikovics, explained our situation and he got to work. Even under such short notice (we needed to be moved in, in just under 2 months) he was able to find us what we were looking for, and made sure all of the paperwork got done as fast as possible. Looking forward to working with him in the future.
