My siblings and I recently and unexpectedly lost our father and had to go through the process of selling his home. During this difficult time Stephanie made everything as easy as possible when it came to getting his house sold! Her constant availability and support were invaluable! For six months we wondered the real estate agent world, which tantalized us with promises to call only to find ourselves ghosted. Adding to this delusion were agents that would conduct video tours of homes that appeared to be lovely, which they enthusiastically touted, only to find upon an in-person tour that they had foundation issues, mildew throughout, or required extensive renovations. Something they obviously saw but withheld in an effort to sell the unsellable. They made our short list. These common scenarios were beyond frustrating and expensive. Twenty-four trips from Dallas to Arkansas resulted in a first name basis with hotel staff. But then through providence we met Stephanie. We had looked at a house in Searcy in February and while in the neighborhood met a woman who said she had the best agent and to call her. I kept that information until July when we had a cash offer on our home that had a short timeline to make a decision. Our last hope was Stephanie. From the first call we knew she was different because she listened and everything she said she would do, she did. Always. Calls and texts were returned the same or next day without fail. She understood our requirements and although daunting, not impossible to find. When we asked about a home she would ask if the kitchen and master matched my needs. Sometimes I failed to see they did not and was grateful for her insight. After a week of looking on Zillow and countless calls with her, we narrowed it down to two homes in Benton. With a Friday deadline of 5pm to accept the offer on our Dallas home, we drove to Benton with high hopes of buying one of them. When we met Stephanie in person, she was indeed a breath of fresh air. And she was the epitome of cool, calm, and collected. We felt the tremendous pressure and stress of our situation. She was the one to be sure we saw pros and cons of each and as a result, made an offer on one at 4pm. The drive back to Dallas was a flurry of signing contracts on both properties and in a rain so hard it was difficult to see and at times we lost cell service. At 6pm both contracts were signed and we could relax the final two hours home. Stephanie is highly knowledgeable of the real estate market, genuinely listens to her clients, and delivers the home of your dreams. Stop wasting time with agents who only want a commission. Call her because she is simply the best.

Stephanie was amazing to work with on purchasing our new home. She was responsive, helpful, so kind and wonderful in all ways. Before the purchase, during the purchase and even following up after we moved in and helping with all kinds of things we had questions about. She is a fantastic realtor and I would recommend her to any of my friends and family.

Choosing Stephanie as my agent was the best choice i’ve ever made! She went above and beyond for us. As first time home buyers we had no idea what to be prepared for but she made it so easy. She always made sure to keep us updated on any new information, and made sure we were aware of any and all issues that may arise. Such an amazing agent and person. Would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for an agent and will DEFINITELY use her any our future.

Stephanie was hands down amazing! We decided to buy very quickly, she was recommended to us and immediately responded to us&we were looking at homes the very next day! As 1st time home buyers we had no idea what we were doing and she guided us through every step of the way. She answered all of our questions promptly and thoroughly and walked us through the scary home buying process! We were very confident in her skillset. I cannot say enough great things about her. I will recommend her to anyone! Stephanie was able to get us our dream home and we are forever grateful!
