This was my fifth transaction with Stephanie in the last 6 years. Previous four were purchases, while this was a sale. Truly appreciate working with Stephanie throughout the sakes process. Stephanie kept me well informed of the changing market environment, comparable listings and price changes . Felt we were able to make informed decisions based on the information she was providing me as well as her local knowledge, professonalism and negotiating skills. I was thrilled with the price she helped me purchase the property at four years ago and even happier with the price we for which we sold. I would highly recommend Stephanie to anyone, who was looking to buy or sell real estate in the Whitefish area.

I Highly recommend Stephanie Sunshine. She made my house buying experience easy to understand and stressfree in a very competitive market. She was extremely helpful, open, reliable, and consistently available whenever I needed questions answered or clarified. She's well versed in the Whitefish market, she cares about the community, and has forged strong relationships with other realtors, contractors, inspectors etc. When she had a question about a particular house, she brought a builder on site to assess the situation. When my offer was accepted on my house, she had an inspector lined up for the next day. She kept the process moving swiftly from start to finish. She cares about her clients, and went above and beyond my expectations in all areas that mattered most for me. Professional, thorough, honest, easy to work with.... The best!

Stephanie was fantastic! My husband and I would highly recommend her. She helped us look for houses for about two years. Unfortunately, by the time we seriously started looking the market was extremely competitive and over priced. Through her years of living and working in this valley she has an incredible amount of knowledge and many connections. She was very responsive and easy to get ahold of. Although rarely unavailable she always had someone who could help us. She is very honest and would tell us if a house seemed over priced or how much we needed to offer if we really wanted a place. We were first time home buyers and knew nothing about real estate. She was very patient and did a great job explaining everything to us and stepping us through the process. Most importantly she was a huge advocate for us and was so determined to find us a home that we loved!
