Susan was on top of everything. She kept us informed and went out of her way to help us when something was needed. Susan was quick to respond on any questions and kept in touch with potential buyers keeping them informed about any property questions. We extended our agreement with her at the end of the six months because we were so satisfied with her service. I would use her again and highly recommend her to any potential seller. Thanks Susan. Susan has always been very professional and very helpful in helping me to list my home and other properties as well as providing helpful advice on how to present my home to help make it more marketable. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs to buy or sell, whether home, land, etc.

Not only did Susan help us find the right house as quick as possible, she helped negotiate a reasonable price and was with us all through the buying process until closing. This included several amendments to the original contract, meeting the home inspectors at the house, and working with us through a difficult mortgage experience. She is very pleasant and professional to work with and worked tirelessly, often very early in the morning to late at night to see the sale through. If we ever sell the home, we will contact Susan to help us with that as well.

She was fantastic. Could not have asked for a better person. She not only helped me sell my home and in short order but also helped me sell my John Deere tractor. She is also a fine Christian lady who prays that with Gods help every thing will work out best for every one. She is now a good friend.
