I would highly recommend Kim for helping with selling your property. She did a great job throughout the whole process and even did this while COVID was occurring and the markets were moving.

Working with Kim was an amazing experience, she is knowledgeable, professional and just plain fun. She has great insight into how to get your house market ready. Kim responds timely to email, text or calls; and she keeps you abreast of the sales process. She listed our home at 11:00 pm on a Sunday night, by Wednesday we had 3 contracts. From listing to closing, was less than 30 days, much faster than we ever dreamed. You won’t regret working with Kim, wish I could give her 10 stars!!

We never anticipated that the process of selling a home could be so quick. We started talking to Kim about selling our home on May 15 and closed the sale on June 7. Within a day of listing, Kim had a showing scheduled. In the first week of listing, the home was showed 4 to 6 times. So many and so fast, I didn't keep track of them. She kept the paperwork moving and us informed. The next time I look to buy or sell, Kim WILL BE MY FIRST CALL.
