Susan was great to work with. She was responsive and made sure the lender, surveyor, etc. all provided the necessary information. The property was a Barndo which has a unique set of requirements for loan requirements. Susan was very knowledgeable about these unique properties. In addition we did not actually see the property in person before we made the offer. Susan provided us additional photographs, floor plans and her description of the property was right on when we finally where able to see the property.
