Experience! Experience! Experience! Susan listens to what you want and she will fight to get you in your perfect home. She is extremely knowledgeable of richmond and all surrounding areas. I wouldnt change anything about our experience with her and we couldn't be happier with our new home.

Susan was great with helping me find a house . She asked the right questions to understand what her clients want & tried to met those goals with the house hunting process. Very patient & polite . She was always timely with things . I would recommend her .

Susan was much more than a realtor to me and my family. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, deadlines were adhered to and that we made sound informed decisions. This is the 4th house I have purchased and it was by far my best experience!

Susan was with us every step of the way, she always answered every call and email no matter what time of day or night it was. She was flexible with our schedules and was always available to show us homes. We were very impressed with her professionalism, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic. I never felt that she was just trying to sell us a house, but that she was truly trying to answer our questions and help us to make the best decision for our family. We never felt rushed, and we loved her calm demeanor. After, we moved into our new home, Susan went above and beyond being a real estate agent, we needed help after we moved in, and she got us in touch with our Home Owner's Warranty contact person, and resolved the problem for us immediately, she is the best!!!
