I have worked with many realtors over the last 20 years. While many have been great and a pleasure to work with, Victoria outshines them all! From the very start, Victoria becomes an adoptive member of your family - getting to know everyone and showing true concern for more than just the house she is going to sell. Recently we were in a situation and had to sell fast, we were overwhelmed. The house was in disarray, and other realtors had simply looked at it and stated that they would list it for X amount as-is. Victoria was able to see great potential beyond the issues, and created a plan to get things done prior to hitting the market. Her team personally helped paint, clean, and her team hauled away junk, and even helped put furniture in storage. Five days before the house was going to go on the market, her pre marketing had 30 people reaching out showing interest. Needless to say, we are all completely impressed by her incredible work ethic, and out-of-the-box creativity in both prepping the house and marketing. She has literally been a lifesaver!

Victoria was awesome! Great understanding of the market and super negotiator! Listened to our needs and was an immense resource for us as first time home buyers. Would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a house, especially if its your first time! We are so happy!!

Victoria was extremely kind and knowledgeable of the area. She did a very good job of only showing us properties that we had interest in. Victoria was very accommodating to our schedule and timeline for purchasing. She did not push us to buy a house we were not interested in and she had a great strategy when we finally found a house that fit our wants/needs.

Victoria is an amazing and very experience agent! She is very knowledgeable and guided us though the offer phase and helped us get the house of our dreams!! Victoria explained everything and was always readily available for any questions or concerns!! She is a Rock Star of Realtors!!!

My husband and I live on the West Coast but wanted to purchase a property in Richmond to be closer to family. We worked with Victoria for several months from a long distance and she was so available and ready to help us find the right opportunity. We recently closed on a property there and Victoria was with us throughout the process, and beyond. She has provided us with professional advice but also help us solve numerous issues which made the process so much smoother. Her slogan is very true. She will "be with you long after closing"! We really enjoy working with Victoria!
