Suzanne helped my significant other and I buy our first home! It was our first time going through the process and Suzanne led us every step of the way. She explained everything, gave us helpful and HONEST feedback on properties and most of all cared about finding something for us that was the right fit and what we wanted. I truly can’t recommend her enough, I’ve already referred her to 2 of my friends and we only closed 1 week ago.

Suzanne was great at orchestrating the Estate sale of my Aunts former home. She was able to get the job done as quickly as possible with little hassle. I would definitely recommend her if you are looking to sell at top dollar in the least amount of time.

Suzanne was truly the best at helping us find our dream home. Moving to jersey, we were unfamiliar with where we wanted to settle down and create a family. She was so knowledgeable about the area and gave us the best advice. Experiencing a death of the seller and many push backs to closing on our home, Suzanne was on top of everything, very communicative, and was able to get us in our home in a timely manner. We could not appreciate all her hard work more. Truly would recommend her to everyone!

I have retained the services of Mrs. Shaheen on several occasions, to buy investment properties, buy my new personal home and sell my former personal home. Mrs. Shaheen was a consummate professional.
