I met Suzette on a pickleball court. I became very interested when I heard her talking about the importance of professionally staging homes in today's market. Her knowledge of the market was impressive. This was the agent for me! I was hesitant at first with the short amount of time houses were on the market. Suzette impressed upon my husband and I - that like everything else in today's world, buyers shop online. Suzette knew the market and the buyers. Suzette came in with her team; the staging was seamless and fun. The home sold within a week for more than we expected. Suzette was a wonderful guide navigating us from our home of 37 years to downsizing into an apartment in Harbor Point, Stamford. Suzette's good energy, and prompt response time make her a pleasure to work with. In the Spring of 2020, during COVID, we were confronted with the daunting task of finding a home in Stamford CT, where our daughters had located to raise their families. Having grown up in the Midwest we knew nothing about the Northeast. We interviewed and engaged Hannah for our search after giving her our criteria. She diligently researched the market. Being out of town buyers she provided weekly updates as to the market opportunities. Through her research, she uncovered an “off market” opportunity that literally hit the center of our bullseye in a lovely neighborhood literally within 10 minutes of our daughter’s homes. The seller was considering taking the home to market, but Hannah negotiated a win/win deal for buyer and seller creating a stressless transaction without the home ever being listed. The bonus with Hannah was, after closing we decided to fully renovate the house. Hannah sourced the architect for us and provided design and interior guidance creating a beautiful family home we absolutely love. We can’t thank Hannah enough for her market knowledge and expertise providing a family home we can enjoy for years to come.

Hannah has keen real estate market knowledge in the Stamford and surrounding areas and is very in tune with her customers needs. Four years ago, my husband and I were looking to find a second home to be close to our children and especially our grandchildren. She found us the home we love to come to in Stamford.
